3.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your epiwin login credentials. All transactions and activities conducted through your account are your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify epiwin support immediately.
3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) verification requires submission of a valid national identity document (such as a Pakistani CNIC) and may require proof of address and/or proof of payment method ownership. epiwin may suspend withdrawal processing pending satisfactory KYC completion.
3.4 epiwin reserves the right to close accounts that have been inactive for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months, subject to applicable notice requirements and any balance withdrawal procedures.
4.1 All deposits and withdrawals on the epiwin Platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). epiwin accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply and are displayed within the Platform.
4.2 Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless otherwise approved by epiwin in writing. epiwin reserves the right to require verification before processing any withdrawal request.
4.3 epiwin does not charge deposit fees, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. Withdrawal processing timelines vary by payment method — mobile wallet withdrawals (JazzCash, Easypaisa) are typically processed within 15–30 minutes of approval for verified accounts.
4.4 Deposits made to the epiwin Platform may not be refunded except where epiwin determines a technical error has resulted in an incorrect transaction, or where required by applicable law.
4.5 epiwin implements anti-money laundering (AML) procedures. Unusual deposit or withdrawal patterns may trigger additional verification requirements or account review. epiwin reserves the right to delay or refuse a withdrawal pending AML review.
5.1 epiwin may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, and other promotions to registered users. All bonuses are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, maximum bet restrictions, and expiry dates, which are published on the relevant promotion page.
5.2 Bonuses are awarded in PKR unless otherwise stated. Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. epiwin reserves the right to modify or cancel a promotion at any time, provided that any modification does not retrospectively worsen the terms for a bonus already in progress.
5.3 Attempting to exploit a bonus through irregular betting patterns, hedging bets across accounts, or any other behaviour that epiwin determines to be abusive will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
5.4 Bonuses and promotions are only available to individual users with legitimate accounts. They are not transferable and have no cash value unless the applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied.
6.1 All bets placed on the epiwin Platform are final once confirmed. Where a technical malfunction affects the outcome of a game or bet, epiwin reserves the right to void the affected round and return stakes to the relevant accounts. Any winnings generated from a demonstrably malfunctioning game are not payable.
6.2 epiwin reserves the right to impose maximum payout limits on any single game round, bet, or session. Where a payout would exceed the stated maximum, the payout will be capped accordingly and the remainder of any calculated return forfeited.
6.3 In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a bet or game, the epiwin server log constitutes the definitive record of the transaction. If a user believes a game has malfunctioned, they should contact support before attempting to continue play.

10.3 Nothing in these Terms limits epiwin's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
